This year it seemed to me the best strategy for coming into the new year would be not with a big shebang but with quiet repose, warmth, and a calm settling in- hence a grounding into this new year.

I'm excited to co-lead with two very cool peeps, a two day half weekend retreat (ordered so you can spend time with loved ones part of the days and also come retreat with us in the afternoons Saturday and Sunday, where we can help share some of our favorite tools and energies together as we settle in, ground a bit into this new year.

Julie I have known for years and years, we've held our babies and carried ourselves through the gauntlets of time and grief, joy, and sacred rage. She is one of my favorite humans and a phenomenal meditation teacher and dear guide and friend. One day I hopes she tapes long meditations for us to bliss into- so I'm stoked to come sit with her and us and go into the safety of ground and it's solid connecting strength.

Jennifer is a newer friend love but a fun and earthy soul who inspires me to re-connect with nature and elements in new and innovative ways- I'm excited to learn and ground with her along with you.

I'll be inviting play and sharing some of the dear teachings passed along by my teacher Dr. Jaime Stover Schmitt from one of her dear loves: the great movement afficianado and space explorer- Rudolph Laban. Laban's Space Harmony will be a very cool yogic inquiry that compliments and intersects with all of my sacred lineages in Tantra and Surat Shabt yoga- I love helping folks explore expansion and grounding in movement- the learning and occupying space is a gift I try to share and spread wide and far.
